1) Draw Results will now show the load factors input by the user under Wind Loading, 
   used by the load calculation routine, rather than the guy load factors from Guy Loading used 
   by the analysis routine.
2) Draw Results will now show, for TIA 222 G, the proper pattern loads for both concentrated and
   distributed loads. This corrects the condition where Draw Results had trouble finding the 
   correct data for the pattern loads.
3) To keep the calculation time at a reasonable level, the guyed tower analysis routine has 
   arrays limited to sixteen segments for any span between guy levels and cantilever. When more
   segments are created, the program generates segments automatically based of significant changes
   in the mast properties and divisions, data was read from other parts of the data giving erroneous 
   results and inconsistent diagrams. This has now been corrected by making sure that the program 
   does not generate more than sixteen segments. There is no loss in accuracy of results, it just avoids
   reporting incorrect results because of array overflow.
